• All the products can be designed according to customer's detail requirements. Main products fabricated are hand wheels and other fabricated valve parts. The O/D of the fabricated hand wheel ranges fromφ180 toφ1200 mm. The central hub can be designed as round hole/ keyway /square/square with step/ hexagonal/D-type and also can be customized according to detail requirements. The welding positions are smooth and firm, the surface treatment is delicate.
• ARBI Industry product can be customized according to the drawings, whether it is the diameter of the inner and outer rings, the length of the spokes, and whether the spokes are flat, hollow or solid, or the shape of the centre hole of the hand wheel can be customized according to customer needs.
• Carbon steel hand wheel can be supplied by red oxide painted or epoxy powder coated with different colours according to customer requirements, it will not easy to rust after painting, which can extend the service life of the product.
• The welding part of the hand wheel is specially polished, the interface is smooth and beautiful, and it will not damage the hand.
• The warranty period of the product is one year, and within one year after the product is sold, if any failure is caused by non-human, it will be replaced at free of cost.
• The valve end users used ARBI hand wheels more than six years and so for not received any customer complaints.

Valve Internals and Accessories

Mounting Brackets

Mounting Brackets serve the mounting of pneumatic or electric actuators on industrial valves. They are mainly needed, when the actuator cannot be mounted directly on the Valve. The brackets are in stainless steel AISI 304. Opened and Closed type mounting brackets are manufactured according to customer drawings and specification.

Spare parts

A wide range of valve spare parts are regularly manufacturing for various valves and applications in different sizes, shapes and materials. Such us Valve Packing gland, Valve seat, Valve Stem, Valve Plug, Thrust Collar and Valve Handles.

Butterfly Valve Hand Levers
